2021 Regal 38 XO

The 2021 Regal 38 XO is a 38-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by triple Yamaha 300 hp outboard engines. The design pairs the comfort and livability of a larger cruiser with the shallow-draft capability, easy maintenance, and maneuverability of outboard propulsion. It features joystick control for simplified handling and an electric windlass with foot pedal operation for anchoring.

Exterior spaces emphasize entertainment and comfort. The fully enclosed helm, salon, and galley protect against weather. The bow includes a multi-position adjustable sunpad system with six possible configurations—the pad lowers to create a footwell and raised bow seat, while a snap-on Sunbrella cover provides protection. The high sheerline supports a flat, stable bow design.

Below deck, the forward VIP stateroom contains a California-queen V-berth with hull-side windows. The full-beam aft master features a king-size bed convertible to twins, large hull windows, generous storage, a flat-screen TV, and a private settee. A dedicated head compartment to starboard connects to a full-size shower to port. Three-zone air conditioning with reverse-cycle heat manages climate year-round, and premium hardwood stairs detail the interior layout.

Recent service work completed in early 2026 includes full engine and generator servicing, fresh bottom paint, and detailed detailing. The yacht is equipped and ready for day cruising, anchor stops, Florida Keys passages, or longer Bahamas voyages.
