2021 Regal 38 XO

The 2021 Regal 38 XO is a 38-foot express cruiser built on a fiberglass hull and powered by triple Yamaha F300 outboard engines totaling 900 horsepower. The outboard configuration offers flexibility and shallow-draft capability, while joystick control enhances maneuverability. The boat combines cruising comfort with open-water performance across a nearly 12-foot beam.

The main cabin includes air-conditioning with an upgraded ventilation airlock for improved cooling efficiency, a salon with an HD television on a swivel mount, and one head. Cockpit ventilation screens provide enhanced airflow, while a foredeck sunshade offers sun protection. Premium custom marine flooring was professionally installed in the cockpit and swim platform areas in 2025.

The triple Yamaha engines have approximately 292 hours and have been professionally serviced. The Westerbeke 9.5 kW generator shows around 480 hours and received a new water pump and capacitors in 2025. Recent improvements include a new windlass, new batteries with an upgraded charger, and Starlink installation, all completed in 2025.
