2021 World Cat 400 DC-X

The 2021 World Cat 400 DC-X is a 40-foot fiberglass catamaran powered by twin Yamaha F425 engines producing 850 horsepower. The boat has logged fewer than 275 hours and includes a Seakeeper 6 gyroscopic stabilization system and a new diesel generator. Twin Garmin GPSMAP 8617 screens, Garmin radar, autopilot, and VHF with dual AIS antennas provide comprehensive navigation and communication. The helm features Yamaha's joystick control system with autopilot integration.

The open layout offers exceptional seating flexibility throughout the helm and cockpit areas. A hardtop with electric sunroof and integrated electric shade covers the aft cockpit, while a forward stowable shade provides additional sun protection. An 8,000 BTU air conditioning system cools the interior, with an additional 12,000 BTU unit for the cockpit. A summer kitchen on the starboard side includes a sink, propane grill, and 36-liter refrigerator, complemented by a 45-gallon livewell with chiller plates and a separate 25-gallon transom livewell and cooler.

Below deck, a private berth measures 46 by 74 inches with storage underneath. A fresh water head, 52-gallon water tank, and galley refrigerator drawer support extended cruising. The boat carries three Group 31 and two Group 27 batteries, shore power with a 50-amp reel, and Reverso automatic outboard flushing. Audio includes a marine soundbar with JL Audio speakers and amplifier. Flexiteak covers the aft deck. The boat will cruise at 26 knots and reach speeds near 41 knots.
