The Radiance is an 87-by-22-foot aluminum houseboat built in 2022 with a reverse floor plan designed for extended cruising and entertaining. Powered by twin diesel Mercruiser engines and supported by twin Northern Lights generators, the boat carries 1,000 gallons of diesel fuel plus 500 gallons of auxiliary gasoline, with freshwater processing and substantial holding tank capacity for self-sufficient operation.
The interior accommodates up to 30 adults across multiple stateroom configurations: two private master suites with king beds and full baths, three upper-level suites with queens, three lower-level cuddy cabins with queens, and two kids' cabins. Four full heads serve the accommodations, with custom tile showers in the master and hall bathrooms. The galley is fully equipped with commercial-grade appliances including a full-size stainless steel range, 66-inch refrigerator-freezer combo, dishwasher, ice-maker, and trash compactor, plus a washer-dryer combo.
The three-level design maximizes entertaining and lounging space. A third-level sun deck features a fire pit, custom Sunbrella seating, chaise lounges, a teak dining table for ten, and a barbecue grill. The upper deck includes a full bar with granite counters, sink, ice-maker, and seating for ten, plus a bathroom pod with full-size freezer and refrigerator. The front and top decks are fully screened with ceiling fans, and the main salon features leather sectional seating and a 60-inch entertainment center with surround sound and satellite TV access throughout the boat.
Additional equipment includes a windlass anchoring system with four heads, four personal watercraft ramps with winches on the extended aft deck, full swim platform with custom water stairs, electronic navigation systems at dual helm positions, backup camera, and comprehensive safety equipment. An 8,000-watt inverter with 24 batteries supports the 12-volt house system.
