The 2022 Bali 5.4 is a 55-foot catamaran built in fiberglass with a beam of nearly 29 feet, delivering the brand's signature Open Space layout. Twin Yanmar diesel engines provide propulsion, with cruising speed around 9 knots and maximum speed of 12 knots. The engine hours remain below 400. The boat carries full navigation electronics including autopilot, GPS plotter, radar, AIS, wind instruments, and VHF, along with sails comprising a full-batten mainsail, furling jib, gennaker, and spinnaker.

Accommodations comprise six double cabins with ensuite heads, plus a seventh crew cabin, totaling seven heads throughout. The saloon, galley, and cockpit flow as one continuous space on the main level. A hardtop forward lounge and expansive aft swimming platform integrate with the saloon. The flybridge offers panoramic views and additional outdoor entertaining space.

Systems support extended cruising and charter operation. A 240-litre-per-hour desalinator, paired with solar panels, inverter, and generator, ensure self-sufficiency. Air conditioning and heating reach all cabins. The galley includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, and substantial refrigeration. An included hot tub connects to the saloon, and the boat accommodates up to 15 people underway and 12 at table.
