The 2022 Fountaine Pajot MY4.S is a 36-foot fiberglass catamaran powered by twin Yanmar 4LV 250 diesel engines producing 500 horsepower combined. With a beam of nearly 17 feet, the hull provides the stability and interior volume characteristic of modern catamaran design.
The yacht sleeps four in separate cabins and features two heads, each with electric freshwater toilets. The main saloon includes a Fusion Bluetooth audio system, pleated curtains, and indirect lighting throughout. Accommodations extend to the cockpit, which is fitted with a bimini top, cushioned seating, a dining table, and a 220-volt Kenyon electric grill. A hydraulic swim platform with natural teak decking supports loads up to 400 kilograms and is accessed via a stainless steel davit.
Power systems include a 2000-watt inverter and charger, a dedicated 8-kilowatt generator, and three 90 to 100-watt solar panels mounted on the sport top. Climate control comprises a 16,000 BTU air-conditioning unit with shore-connection capability. Navigation and safety equipment includes a Garmin pack with autopilot, VHF radio, AIS transponder, chartplotter, and a rearview camera. A 130-liter 12-volt refrigerator and gas oven support galley operations. Additional features include mosquito nets, a combination safe, rope cutters, and an anchor locker with cockpit freshwater outlet.
