This 2022 Invincible 40 is a twin-hull catamaran built on the hull design of Morelli & Melvin's hybrid, semi-asymmetrical platform. It runs four Mercury 400 Verado outboards delivering 1,600 total horsepower with 290 engine hours and Mercury Platinum warranty coverage through June 2026. The catamaran offers a 12-foot beam and 40-foot length with a 750-plus nautical mile range, built around a 100% vinylester resin hull using vacuum-bagged cored construction and finished with 316 stainless-steel hardware.
The boat features a 360-degree walk-around fishing design with a flat transom and side dive door capability. Electronics include three Garmin 8616 displays, a Garmin Fantom 124 Open Array radar, Garmin autopilot, dual ICOM VHF radios, and GXM 54 weather receiver. Additional systems include Fusion stereo with Wet Sounds speakers and Starlink connectivity. Navigation and control are handled through an Optimus joystick system.
Operational features include four automatic 2,000-gallon-per-hour bilge pumps, above and below-deck livewells, built-in anchor locker, under-deck and gunnel storage, saltwater washdown, and waterproof switches with circuit breaker protection. The interior offers dual row seating with Sionyx night vision capability and includes a Rigid light bar. Outriggers are Gemlux carbon fiber construction, and the deck finish uses Sea Dek material.
