The 2022 Lagoon 52 F is a fiberglass catamaran designed for both comfort and confident offshore performance. At 52 feet with a 28-foot beam, she combines the speed and seaworthiness of a modern racing platform with the spacious, stable accommodation expected of a liveaboard cruiser. The design draws on racing heritage to deliver a vessel that is genuinely easy to handle short-handed, with vertical bows and a recentered rig that reduce pitch and simplify sail handling.
Below deck, the layout includes seven cabins and five heads. Five private cabins each offer an ensuite head with separate shower stall and teak details. Two additional crew berths are tucked into the bow compartments. The salon features tan upholstery and indirect lighting throughout, with a convertible table that converts into a double berth. The galley includes a cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. All cabins and common spaces have USB charging sockets and 12-volt fans.
Twin Yanmar 4JH80 diesel engines of 80 horsepower each provide propulsion and maneuvering control. The boat carries a square-top Dacron mainsail of 107 square meters and a self-tacking furling genoa of 59 square meters. Three electric winches on the flybridge reduce physical demands during sail handling. An electric windlass with remote control and flybridge windlass controls simplify anchoring.
Systems are comprehensive and well-suited to extended cruising. An Onan 21.5kW generator with soundproofing cocoon powers a full reverse-cycle air conditioning system throughout. A YK3 watermaker produces 180 liters per hour. Navigation equipment includes a 16-inch B&G Zeus3 multifunction display, autopilot, AIS transceiver, and dual VHF handsets. The battery bank was replaced in 2025, and the liferaft was replaced in 2024. Teak covers the aft cockpit, forward cockpit, transom, and flybridge floor. An 80-liter cockpit freezer, Magma grill, bimini top, swim ladders, and dinghy hoist round out the deck arrangement.
