2022 Nautitech 46 Fly MK2

This 2022 Nautitech 46 Fly MK2 is a fiberglass catamaran built on the proven hull platform of the acclaimed 46 Open series. Twin 100 hp Volvo Penta diesel engines power the 46-foot design, which spans nearly 25 feet in beam. The Mark II update introduced a stiffer hull, enlarged windows, and a refreshed interior layout that significantly improves natural light and sightlines throughout the boat.

The accommodations include four cabins and four heads, arranged for flexible use—suitable for charter operations or extended cruising. The interior features light oak joinery and a synthetic walnut cabin sole, with a refined contemporary design by Stéphane Roséo. The signature Open cockpit concept merges the cockpit and saloon into a single unified living space on the main level. Above deck, the flybridge is one of the largest in her class, comfortably seating ten guests and providing substantial space for entertaining and relaxation.

The boat carries an impressive equipment package: a custom stainless steel solar arch with 1,200 watts of solar generation, an upgraded Bluewater water maker rated at 33 gallons per hour, all-electric Lewmar winches, and under-bridge and underwater lighting. The sailing inventory includes a furling fully-battened mainsail and a 98 square meter gennaker with bowsprit. A full flybridge bimini with integrated LED lighting and complete cockpit enclosure enhance comfort and usability.
