2024 Excess 14

The 2024 Excess 14 is a modern fiberglass catamaran measuring nearly 46 feet with a 26-foot beam. Twin 90-horsepower Yanmar diesel engines power the boat, built for cruising comfort and ease of handling across varied conditions.

The accommodations include a skipper berth in the starboard hull, forward cabins with storage access in the port hull, and a bow compartment berth. The saloon features fans, air conditioning across three zones, and a Fusion audio system with multiple speakers. Two helm seats—one on each side—provide comfort and visibility, while the cockpit includes a fridge, table extension, and lounge seating. A 6-kilowatt generator, electric toilet, and shower facilities support extended cruising. Freshwater capacity totals 430 liters with the additional tank included.

Electronics and deck gear reflect a well-equipped cruising setup: Garmin autopilot, 12-inch GPS chartplotter, VHF radio, wind transducer, and speed/depth/temperature tridata display. The helm station includes a windlass remote with chain counter. Electric winches and composite davits simplify anchor and tender handling. Navigation and convenience features include a TV antenna and tablet support base.

The boat comes with a 2.7-meter dinghy and 5-horsepower outboard, additional battery capacity of 4×95-amp-hour AGM units, and a 40-amp charger. A charcoal grey lazy bag, opening roof portholes, composite console, and full charter inventory round out the equipment package.
