2022 Ranger Tugs R-27

The 2022 Ranger Tugs R-27 is a 27-foot fiberglass trawler powered by a single 300 hp Yamaha engine with 868 hours. Built on a foam-filled stringer system with vinylester barrier coat and stainless steel hardware throughout, the hull reflects solid construction. The boat carries a Yamaha electronic throttle and shift system, trim tabs, bow thruster, and dual bilge pumps. Navigation and monitoring equipment includes a Garmin 8612xsv system with xHD radar, GPS, and sonar, Garmin autopilot with remote, VHF radio with DSC, AIS transceiver, and NEBO boat tracking. Anchor gear consists of a Rocna #10 package with 50 feet of chain and 200 feet of line.

Below deck, the R-27 offers a forward private cabin with large berth and a convertible dinette that sleeps two additional persons. The enclosed head includes a shower and electric marine toilet with holding tank. Galley amenities comprise a propane stove and oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. A hot water system, 19-inch television, and multiple 110V, 12V, and USB outlets support extended cruising comfort.

On deck, the boat features a bimini top with extended shade and zip-in screens, teak cockpit table, folding cockpit seating, and opening bulkhead glass. The swim platform includes a ladder, and the transom houses a grill, sink, and storage. A large fish well and rod holders are built into the cockpit structure. Windshield wipers and defrosters keep sightlines clear.

The Luxury Edition package adds a reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating system powered by lithium-ion batteries and inverter, solar panel system, windlass with bow and helm controls, macerator discharge, underwater lights, and teak and Holly ReFlex traction decking. A heavy-duty Pioneer triple-axle aluminum float-on trailer is included.
