The 2022 Sportsman Open 282TE is a 28-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull designed for offshore fishing and cruising. Twin Yamaha engines delivering 600 horsepower power the boat, paired with joystick control for responsive handling. The hardtop features rear leg supports and provides substantial shade across the helm area.

The boat is laid out with dual premium captain's chairs at the helm and comfortable seating throughout the cockpit. The bow features a large coffin box with an integrated chaise lounge, opening up the forward deck for fishing.
