2022 Sportsman Open 282TE Center Console

This 2022 Sportsman Open 282TE is a 28-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull with a 9.25-foot beam. The boat is powered by twin Yamaha F300 engines with 160 hours of operation. It includes a custom tandem-axle AmeraTrail trailer.

The cabin layout features a fiberglass leaning post with tackle storage and an integral sink, dual dive doors for easy access, and a porcelain head with overboard discharge. Storage is distributed throughout the boat, with two 30-gallon pressurized aquarium livewells, two in-floor macerated fish boxes, and numerous compartments. The cockpit offers generous working space and good bilge access.

The electronics suite is comprehensive and includes a SeaKeeper 1 stabilization system, dual Garmin 1243XSV displays, Garmin Fantom 18 radar, Garmin VHF radio, and Garmin weather antenna. The helm is equipped with a Yamaha Helm Master Joystick and Yamaha Auto Pilot. Additional systems include a Fusion Apollo stereo with six JL Audio speakers, trim tabs with LED indicators, a windlass anchor, fresh and raw water washdowns, and underwater lights. Taco GS280 outriggers are installed.

The boat carries a full mooring cover and gull wings for weather protection. Standard equipment includes digital throttle control and a dash cover.
