The 2022 World Cat 400 CC-X is a 40-foot center console catamaran built on the brand's twin-hull design for stability and offshore capability. Power comes from four Mercury Verado 300 HP V8 outboards paired with joystick control featuring Skyhook positioning. The wide beam of nearly 13 feet and shallow 18-inch draft balance seaworthiness with shallow-water access typical of the catamaran platform.

The helm features dual forward-facing bolsters with premium double-diamond stitch upholstery, and the expansive bow includes backrests and dedicated seating. The cockpit layout prioritizes fishability with an aquarium-style livewell, large insulated fishboxes, high-capacity rod storage, outriggers, and tackle storage throughout. A slide-out cooler and abundant under-seat storage add to the functional design.
