2023 Back Cove 34O

This 2023 Back Cove 34O is a fiberglass downeast cruiser powered by twin Mercury Verado 400 hp engines with approximately 210 hours of operation. The boat has been lightly used as a day platform, never slept or cooked aboard, and has undergone complete Mercury service including spark plugs, diagnostics, and software updates in May 2026. A full 300-hour Mercury inspection was also completed at that time. The engines remain under Mercury warranty through June 2026.

The helm deck and cabin are appointed with varnished cherry interior details, including grabrails, cabinetry, and hull ceilings. A Garmin electronics package provides GPS, AIS, radar, and autopilot functionality, while a Seakeeper 3 gyro stabilizer system offers motion control. The helm features a Lewmar sliding hatch with Oceanair screen, electric salon hatch, and power-assisted Mercury Joystick steering with Skyhook station-keeping capability. Two air-conditioning and heating units condition the helm deck and cabin independently. A removable hardtop with fixed base plate and carbon-fiber poles protects the cockpit area.

Below decks, the galley includes a two-burner Kenyon electric cooktop, two Vitrifrigo drawer-style refrigerators, GE microwave, and solid-surface countertop. An island double berth with storage occupies the cabin, along with a cedar-lined hanging locker and shelf storage. A separate head and shower stall are finished with cherry framing and solid-surface surfaces, with fresh water pressure system and holding tank macerator discharge.

Recent upgrades include new 4D Lifeline house batteries installed in 2026, an 8 kW diesel generator with under 10 hours of use, and black Awlgrip paint applied over factory gelcoat to resist fading. An electric windlass, fresh water washdown systems, and automatic outboard flushing complete the mechanical package. The boat was hauled, winterized, and shrink-wrapped in November 2025.
