The Bavaria C45 is a 2023 fiberglass sloop with a refined offshore design that prioritizes both spacious living and excellent sailing characteristics. Her V-bow increases volume in the forward cabin and enhances form stability, while maximum beam carried well aft with defined chines creates high form stability and excellent sail-carrying ability. The hull design combines these features with a single rudder that delivers direct, light helm feel and a shallow draft of 5'8", making her well-suited to varied cruising grounds.

The cockpit is notably generous, featuring twin foldable tables with a clear corridor running forward to the companionway that improves movement throughout the boat. All running rigging leads aft to the helm via coaming channels, leaving the coachroof uncluttered. The accommodation layout includes three cabins and two heads: a master forward with ensuite shower, twin aft cabins with double berths, and a second head with separate shower. Interior appointments include white oak flooring, brown stone galley worktop, leather Savoy upholstery in the saloon, and memory-foam mattresses throughout. Climate control is provided by three separate 16,000 BTU air-conditioning units with reverse heating. Additional features include a dinghy garage with integrated transom bench and wet bar, teak cockpit sole, electric toilets, and a 160-liter drawer fridge with freezer unit.

The boat is equipped for extended cruising with a Yanmar 80 hp diesel engine, three-blade folding propeller, and tunnel bow thruster. Sails include a Cruisetech Dacron furling mainsail and an Elvström 106% genoa on genoa tracks. The rigging incorporates two electric halyard and main sheet winches, plus two manual jib winches. An electrical anchor windlass, 20-kg Delta anchor with 50 meters of galvanized chain, and bow protection are fitted.

Electronics and navigation are comprehensive: dual helm stations each equipped with a B&G Zeus³S 9-inch chart plotter and Triton2 digital display, B&G Halo 20 radar, Vesper Cortex VHF and AIS transceiver, B&G autopilot with wireless remote, and B&G H60 wireless handset. Entertainment includes a Fusion MS-RA770 system with DAB+ radio. Power comes from a Yanmar diesel engine, with a Panda Fisher 8 kW generator, shore power 110V, and service batteries providing backup. A 2024 six-person inflatable liferaft is included. A recent rig survey was conducted.
