2023 Custom 22m Catamaran

This 2023 custom catamaran measures 22.4 metres in length with a 10.5-metre beam, built in wood with electric propulsion. Designed as a floating villa and lifestyle platform, the yacht combines generous open entertaining spaces with refined accommodations throughout.

The interior accommodates six guest cabins served by six full bathrooms plus an additional day head. A panorama lounge with dining area anchors the social spaces, complemented by a full bar featuring integrated cooling and ice-making systems. The yacht is equipped with a humidor, dual wine coolers, multiple refrigeration and freezer units, high-end sound system with DJ capability, and seven television systems. Climate control is fitted throughout. A watermaker provides freshwater generation onboard.

The foredeck incorporates a spa and pool area with approximately 2,500 litres of water. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer. Navigation runs Furuno premium systems. The electrical architecture is built on Victron equipment with dual 50 kWh battery banks supplemented by two Fischer Panda generators. The yacht holds CE certification and EU VAT documentation.

The hull and exterior condition are sound. The two electric drive units currently require revision or replacement; a quotation for this work is available. The yacht is not independently maneuverable in its present state.
