2023 Excess 11

The Excess 11 is a 37-foot fiberglass catamaran built in 2023, designed as a true cruising platform capable of extended voyages. Twin 60-horsepower Yanmar diesel engines power the hull, while the broad 22-foot beam creates substantial interior volume and deck space for a boat of this size. The design balances offshore capability with the comfort and spaciousness more commonly found in larger multihulls.

Five cabins and two heads accommodate extended crews and families. The owner's stateroom features a 2-by-2-meter bed, and bathrooms are fitted with separate shower enclosures. The saloon and cabin spaces benefit from the catamaran's wide beam, providing the openness and light typical of well-designed multihull interiors.

On deck, the boat offers a large open cockpit with dual helm stations positioned to give direct sightlines and engagement with the surrounding crew and environment. The design emphasizes straightforward functionality and ease of movement across the working areas.
