The 2023 Hewes Redfisher 21 is a fiberglass flats boat built for serious inshore and backcountry fishing. Powered by a single 2023 Yamaha 250 VMAX SHO engine with roughly 290 hours of use, it's rated for maximum horsepower of 350 and comes equipped with a hydraulic jackplate as standard. The hull uses Hewes' VARIS (Vacuum Assisted Resin Infusion System) construction and measures 21.5 feet in length with an 8.5-foot beam. It includes a Continental trailer.
The boat is extensively outfitted for fishing. Equipment includes dual 10-foot Power-Poles, a Garmin Force trolling motor with LiveScope rigged and ready for graph integration, a full lithium battery system with three separate batteries for cranking, trolling, and LiveScope power, an onboard lithium charger, trim tabs, and a ceramic coating. A hydraulic jackplate is installed.
The deck layout prioritizes function and space. Large casting platforms and walkaround gunwales create a stable, uncluttered workspace for multiple anglers to move and fish without interference. The console features substantial dash space capable of accommodating a 12-inch display with room remaining, and the boat includes extensive lockable, dry storage for nets, tackle, and gear.
The boat has been ceramic coated and stored under cover, with the cover included. It is ready for immediate use.
