2023 Key West 263 FS

This 2023 Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot center console powered by twin Suzuki DF300 EFI 4-stroke engines producing 600 horsepower total. The fiberglass hull features a 9.25-foot beam and was built as a special order. The boat has been maintained in fresh water only since new and kept in excellent condition.

The layout includes a hardtop with integrated fresh water misters, a convenience center leaning post with dual captain's chairs featuring flip-up bolsters, and a side entry door with hidden ladder. A bow filler table with cushion, porta potti in the console, and an under-deck windlass are standard. The boat is extensively equipped for fishing with 22 rod holders plus additional horizontal storage racks under the gunnels, dual live wells, and four pop-up fender holders. For comfort on longer outings, there are 16 cup holders and a carry-aboard cooler.

Electronics are comprehensive: dual Garmin 8612xvs touchscreens, Garmin 115 VHF radio, Garmin GMR 24x radar, a Garmin 943 xsv on the bow, and multiple sonar options including a Panoptix Plus LiveScope transducer. Navigation is handled by Suzuki digital controls with SGM4 gauges. A Minn Kota 110-pound 36-volt trolling motor with quick-release bracket and integrated charger is installed and pre-wired.

The boat rides on a custom-built Wesco heavy-duty tandem axle aluminum trailer with disc brakes on both axles, LED lights, and 15-inch aluminum wheels with radial tires. A complete spare wheel and tire assembly is included. A custom boat cover and three-sided spray shield enclosure protect the boat. The hull color is Sea Foam Green with matching accent on the t-top.
