2025 Key West 263 FS

The 2025 Key West 263 FS is a 26-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull and powered by three Yamaha engines totaling 500 horsepower. It represents the largest in Key West's Family Sportsman lineup, combining fishing capability with accommodations for active families. The boat features a hardtop, power-assist steering, and a self-bailing cockpit, along with a side boarding door and hidden ladder for water access.

Fishing amenities are substantial. The boat includes dual aerated livewells with separate pumps and trash bag holders, 22 rod holders, and gunwale storage racks designed to secure eight-foot rods. A macerated fish box with bucket holder sits forward. Storage is integrated throughout, with horizontal racks under the gunnels, under-gunwale compartments, and storage boxes integrated into the seating.

The layout centers on a large console with ample flush-mount room and a head compartment with light. Forward seating is spacious with built-in backrests, while the rear features a full-width bench seat with removable bottom cushion. An independent flip bolster with 94-quart cooler and console seat with cushion and backrest round out the seating options. Additional equipment includes a thru-hull windlass with anchor, rope, and chain; 12-inch trim tabs with indicators; twin bilge pumps with auto float switch; fresh water system; high-pressure washdown; stainless steel steering wheel and cup holders throughout; stereo with eight speakers; and LED livewell lights. The hull carries a 10-year warranty.
