2023 Lagoon 42

This 2023 Lagoon 42 catamaran is a 43-foot sailing yacht built for extended cruising and comfortable living aboard. The fiberglass hull measures 25 feet across the beam, and it accommodates five cabins—four guest cabins plus a skipper's cabin—with four heads throughout. A single Yanmar diesel engine of 57 horsepower powers the boat, providing practical propulsion for mixed sailing and motoring conditions.

The onboard systems are configured for independence and self-sufficiency at anchor. An 8.5 kW generator supplies shore-power amenities, while a hybrid desalination system (220V/12V) provides fresh water without reliance on marina facilities. Three solar panels, each rated at 140 watts, contribute to the electrical load and extend time between generator runs. An inflatable tender with a 6 hp Suzuki outboard serves as a practical dinghy solution.

Electronics were newly installed in July 2025, providing a modern and coherent navigation package throughout the yacht. A three-panel dinghy with outboard motor rounds out the equipment list, completing a well-established platform for extended cruising and anchored living.
