The 2023 Regal 38 SAV is a 39-foot center console designed to balance high-performance boating with comfortable overnight cruising. Powered by three Yamaha outboards totaling 900 horsepower, the boat combines day-boating versatility with the amenities needed for extended time away from the dock. Joystick control simplifies maneuvering, while a bow thruster further aids docking and tight quarters.

The layout centers on two cabins and a head. The forward stateroom features a convertible berth with adjustable foot section that transforms into a settee, while the mid-cabin offers a queen bed with removable filler cushions to create additional seating. The head is modern and spacious, finished with handcrafted cabinetry and solid surface countertops, and equipped with a quiet electric flush system. A convenience center in the cabin area houses a microwave and additional storage.

The cockpit prioritizes functionality and comfort. Four captain seats at the helm rotate and fold for flexibility, while an aft-facing bench seat with folding armrests and storage runs across the stern. Stainless steel gas-assisted rams open storage compartments positioned beneath nearly every seat. The windshield includes top-mount wipers.

Standard systems include 16,000 BTU air conditioning, an automatic fire suppression system, and Fusion Marine speakers throughout the cabin. The boat rides on a fiberglass hull with a stainless steel anchor roller, fast-vent fuel fitting, and other stainless hardware.
