This 2023 Regulator 28 is a center console powered by twin Yamaha 300-horsepower engines with approximately 135 hours of operation. The Yamaha warranty remains valid through March 2028. The hull is finished in Gulfstream Blue with a red, white, and red boot stripe.

The boat carries a comprehensive suite of electronics and controls. Navigation equipment includes dual Garmin 16-inch multifunction displays, a Garmin VHF 215 with AIS, a B275 Chirp transducer, and a Garmin GMR 424 xHD2 4-kilowatt open array radar. Steering is handled by an Edson wheel with power knob and Helm Master EX joystick featuring multimode set point and autopilot functionality. Entertainment is provided by a Fusion system with ten premium backlit speakers.

The boat's cockpit and console feature synthetic teak marine decking, a T-top with rocket launcher, a forward sun shade in natural white, a dual-height pedestal table with storage, and white upholstery. A through-stem bow roller includes an anchor windlass with remote control and switch, chain, and anchor. Additional amenities include a removable water sports tow bar, cockpit freshwater engine flush, and an electric head with undermount sink and six-gallon holding tank. Canvas covers for the helm, console, and seating are included. The hull was bottom painted in 2025. All service records have been maintained.
