The 2024 Alumacraft Competitor 185X Sport is an 18-foot aluminum fishing runabout built on Alumacraft's heavy-duty 2XB deep-V hull. It pairs practical fishing capability with family-friendly versatility in a lightweight package. Powered by a Yamaha 150 hp four-stroke outboard, the boat handles a maximum capacity of six persons and 1,600 pounds. The aluminum hull is constructed with 0.160-inch maximum thickness for durability, and the boat weighs 1,500 pounds dry.

The layout centers on fishing functionality. An F50 large livewell sits aft, complemented by storage for rods up to 8 feet long.
