The Dufour 470 is a 48-foot fiberglass sailing yacht built in 2024, combining contemporary design with the shipyard's established heritage. The hull features an infused construction and streamlined deck layout. Power comes from a Volvo Penta D2 75-horsepower diesel engine with electric bowthruster. The boat carries a fixed bowsprit, self-tacking jib, and mainsail in Dacron with a fractional rig. Two 50-inch winches handle the sail plan.
Below deck, the yacht offers three cabin arrangements with two heads and a forward galley. The interior is finished in light oak with grey upholstery. The galley includes a hot and cold water system, double refrigerator drawers, and there is an additional grill and cooler in the cockpit. An electric swimming platform is fitted, along with a full set of cockpit cushions.
Navigation and electronics include B&G systems for speed, depth, and wind data, chartplotters, VHF radio, and autopilot. A Mastervolt Combi charger and inverter system rated at 2000 watts supports four 140-amp and three 90-amp batteries for engine and bowthruster use. A Fusion Bluetooth radio with interior and exterior speakers is installed. The mooring package includes lines, an electric anchor winch, and gateway stanchions on both sides. The cockpit features synthetic teak covering.
