The 2024 Leopard 53 Powercat is a 53-foot fiberglass catamaran powered by twin Yanmar diesel engines producing 740 horsepower combined. The boat reaches speeds up to 25 knots and cruises at 17.5 knots. Its 25-foot beam provides substantial interior volume and outdoor deck space, with a design built for fuel efficiency and stability in blue-water conditions.

The layout includes three cabins and three heads, accommodating multiple guests and crew comfortably. The flybridge features a wetbar, grill, and icemaker, with teak decking throughout the outdoor entertaining spaces. A lifting swim platform and davit system support a tender; this example includes a Highfield 3.90 inflatable with Honda 50HP outboard.

Below deck, the interior is finished to luxury standards with air conditioning, high-end materials, and modern electronics including digital monitoring and navigation systems. Recent additions include new interior panels, Flexiteek surfaces in the heads, and sound dampening between compartments. Power systems comprise twin generators, six solar panels, and 30-kilowatt lithium battery banks. Dual watermakers provide freshwater independence, supplemented by 700 liters of storage. Fuel capacity exceeds 2,100 liters. Connectivity includes Starlink satellite internet throughout.
