The Northstar Axis 3.1 is a 10.66-foot rigid inflatable built to perform well beyond its modest size. Powered by a 20 hp Honda four-stroke outboard with electric start, it combines light weight with genuine offshore capability. The standout feature is its hydraulic power steering system—uncommon at this size—which delivers precise control whether manoeuvring at low speed or running at pace.
The open deck layout seats four adults comfortably and works equally well as a yacht tender or standalone runabout. The boat includes generous storage throughout, an integrated fuel system with gauge and water separator, and a self-bailing deck. A removable swim ladder stows beneath the rear bench and secures to stainless steel eyes.
The hull is built on Northstar's Delta-Lift design with heavy-duty Hypalon tubes, offering easy planing and a dry ride. Deck hardware comprises three retractable cleats, four lifting rings rated for davit use, and additional U-bolts for securing or towing. An anchor locker sits forward, and an integrated console houses engine instrumentation and a central electrical panel. LED navigation lights and an automatic bilge pump complete the systems. The Honda engine carries full manufacturer warranty.
