The 2025 Highfield Sport390 is a rigid inflatable boat built for comfort and durability in a compact footprint. At 11 feet with a 20-degree deadrise aluminum hull and welded lift strakes, the boat combines dry-riding performance with robust construction suited to varied water conditions and beach landings. The hull is chromated and powder-coated aluminum with either ORCA Hypalon or Valmex PVC tubes featuring welded seams, flush-mount air valves, and a self-draining cockpit.

The layout prioritizes usability and storage. The wide bow boarding step with split navigation lights and recessed stainless steel cleats simplifies entry, while an ergonomic console with tinted windshield, grab rail, and optional carbon dash provides command-center comfort. The dash accommodates a 7-inch flush-mount chartplotter. Three hydraulic-assist storage compartments, including a deep rear seat area, provide accessible stowage throughout the boat.

Furnishings and deck features reflect a focus on comfort and practicality. Double diamond-stitch cushions with carbon-fabric upholstery dress the seating, while an EVA brushed foam teak-finish deck adds durability underfoot. An integrated 8-gallon EPA fuel system supports the boat's 60-horsepower rating for a maximum of seven persons. The boat includes LED deck lights, six LED-lit panel switches, stainless steel folding davit lifting points, welded towing bridle points, and a full-length keel guard.
