The Outremer 45 is a blue-water cruising catamaran built for long-distance sailing with performance and seaworthiness at its core. This 2024 example was launched in October and sailed to the Mediterranean following delivery, confirming her reliability and balance under sail. She has been sailed lightly since and maintained with exceptional care, remaining in as-new condition.
The three-cabin layout dedicates the entire port hull to a spacious owner's suite with generous storage, a bright cabin, and private bathroom. The starboard hull houses two guest cabins sharing a head, providing privacy and practicality for extended cruising. The saloon is bright and open with refined finishes and intelligent ergonomics throughout.
Power comes from two Nanni diesel engines of 70 horsepower each. The sail plan features a fully-battened mainsail, self-tacking jib, Code D, and Gennaker, with two electric winches for simplified maneuvers. Navigation and safety systems include a complete Raymarine electronics suite with radar, AIS, autopilot, and multiple helm and navigation displays.
Systems aboard support extended autonomy and comfort. A 1,440 W solar array and three 460 Ah lithium batteries provide substantial onboard energy capacity. Air conditioning ensures comfort at anchor in warm climates. The yacht is equipped and ready for ocean cruising.
