2024 STERK 31

The STERK 31 is a 32-foot center console built from fiberglass, powered by twin Yamaha 300-horsepower engines. This 2024 model represents the Supersport edition, which combines modern Mediterranean styling with performance-focused engineering and luxury finishes throughout.

The boat's layout maximizes social space and comfort. The convertible U-shaped lounge converts the foredeck into an entertainment zone with integrated sunbed, while a spacious cockpit houses sport seats with flip-up bolsters that support both seated and standing helms. An angled dashboard provides full visibility and glare reduction. Passenger seating includes a leaning function for comfort during cruising. Storage is distributed across bow and cabin areas for organized stowage, and the boat accommodates up to nine people overall.

The hull employs a double-stepped, deep-V design with spray rails and hook rails at the stern, engineered through CFD testing to optimize speed and handling. Negative chines and the hook rail geometry reduce heeling and improve cornering stability. The design balances performance with seaworthiness across a range of conditions.

Finished in white with silver accents, the boat features almond Nautilus upholstery and EVA soft-teak decking. Equipment includes a full electrical system, triple bilge pumps, a CE-certified fuel tank, and a foldable boarding ladder.
