The STERK 31 is a 32-foot center console built in fiberglass with a modern Mediterranean aesthetic and performance-focused design. Twin Yamaha 300-horsepower engines power this boat, which features a progressive, double-stepped deep-V hull with spray rails and strategically positioned chines engineered for speed and stability. The hull design includes hook rails at the stern that work with negative chines to reduce heeling and improve cornering control. Extensive CFD testing informs the boat's handling characteristics.

The cockpit centers on an ergonomic helm station with an angled dash designed for visibility and glare reduction. The driver's seat offers flip-up bolsters and side support for both seated and standing operation. Forward of the helm, a convertible U-shaped lounge with integrated sunbed creates a social zone, while passenger seating with a leaning function accommodates additional crew. The boat sleeps up to nine passengers total and includes bow and cabin storage for gear stowage.

Finish and equipment reflect the Supersport edition's elevated specification. The hull is painted classic white with silver accents, while the deck features EVA soft-teak covering. Upholstery is finished in almond Nautilus leather. A full electrical system, triple bilge pumps, and a CE-certified fuel tank are installed. Deck amenities include a foldable boarding ladder and generous sunbed areas throughout the cockpit.
