The 2024 Vexus AVX2080 is a 20-foot 2-inch aluminum bay boat built on an all-welded, high-performance pad hull. The design extends 4 inches beyond the previous generation, paired with a reinforced transom engineered to handle modern 200-horsepower outboards. The boat features SeaStar Pro hydraulic steering and delivers quick acceleration off the hole with responsive handling characteristics tuned for rough water conditions.
A 7-foot beam accommodates broad decks with substantial storage throughout. The bow holds a Minn Kota Ultrex trolling motor mounted in a glass-infused recessed station with dedicated cup and tool holders, plus space for 9-inch flush-mounted electronics. A center rod box accommodates rods up to 8 feet 6 inches, while the port side holds rods to 7 feet 10 inches. Starboard storage is fitted for additional gear, and an insulated cooler sits forward of the console. Deck storage compartments feature raised lips, rubber trim seals, and stainless-steel compression locks for weather protection.
The boat includes a tournament-grade fiberglass livewell with an anti-splash ring, divider, and pump-out system. A 35-gallon fuel tank is positioned to balance weight distribution. Standard instrumentation covers speed, tach, fuel, trim, and water pressure. The boat comes equipped with a custom Vexus trailer and features stainless-steel prop, solid-state wiring, and a wood-free construction with hard-case paint. As shown, this example includes a Minn Kota Ultrex bow motor, Humminbird Helix 9 GPS units at bow and console, and Vexus View wiring integration.
