The 2024 Vexus AVX2080 is a 20-foot 2-inch aluminum bay boat built on an all-welded, high-performance pad hull designed for rough water operation. The 7-foot beam provides a stable platform, while the hull's quarter-inch bottom thickness and Vector Force transom deliver responsive handling and a quick hole shot. The boat runs on a single gasoline outboard and carries 35 gallons of fuel capacity centered in the layout to support extended time on the water.
The broad deck space is divided into dual rod boxes at the bow—the center box accommodates rods up to 8 feet 6 inches, while the port side holds rods up to 7 feet 10 inches—paired with a starboard storage compartment. A Minn Kota Ultrex trolling motor occupies the bow, mounted in a glass-infused recessed station with dedicated cup and tool holders. An insulated fiberglass cooler sits forward of the console, and an insulated livewell is integrated into the design with an anti-splash ring and pump-out capability.
Deck storage includes stretch-formed gunnels, raised lips, rubber trim seals, and compression locks throughout for weather protection. The console features SeaStar Pro hydraulic steering, a flush-mounted remote throttle control, and a suite of gauges covering speed, fuel, trim, water pressure, and engine tach. Navigation is supported by electronics provisions on the bow panel with room for flush-mounted units. A custom Vexus trailer is included with the boat, along with stainless-steel tie cleats, oversized pedestal bases, and a wood-free construction throughout. Custom upholstery and an optional adjustable driver's seat are available.
