2025 Buddy Davis 28 Center Console

The 2025 Buddy Davis 28 is a center console built on a fiberglass hull with distinctive bow flare and classic lines. Twin Mercury Verado 400 hp engines deliver 800 total horsepower, pushing the boat to 62 mph and cruising at 38 mph. The hull features joystick control and trim tabs for responsive handling.

The layout balances fishing and family use with dedicated work and leisure spaces. A helm station with flip-up bolster seats faces a forward seating area with backrest support. A bow bench with integrated cooler and a fold-away transom seat offer additional accommodation. A custom tackle center with bait prep station, macerated fishboxes, and a 40-gallon illuminated livewell support serious fishing. One head with holding tank serves the boat. Storage runs throughout the deck.

Equipment includes a deluxe hardtop with handrails and integrated Lumitec lighting, a Lumitec Poco lighting controller, and a Wet Sounds premium stereo system with amplifier and lighted speakers and subwoofer. Mercury Autopilot and Sky Hook GPS anchoring, a Wind On windlass with 8-plait rode, stainless steel chain and anchor, and a Rupp Z30 carbon fiber outrigger package round out the fishing suite. Underwater multi-color lighting, C-Zone control panel switching, and raw water and freshwater washdowns complete the systems. Fuel capacity is 260 gallons; fresh water capacity is 64 gallons.
