2025 Custom Aluminum 7.5 Profisher

This 24-foot aluminum pilothouse runabout is built for serious offshore fishing and coastal work on the Pacific Northwest. The hull is constructed from marine-grade 5083 aluminum with a 23-degree deep-V hull and double chine design that delivers a soft ride in choppy conditions and excellent stability. Power comes from a 300 hp Mercury V8 outboard with hydraulic steering.

The enclosed pilothouse features dual helm stations—one inside and one in the open cockpit—with excellent all-around visibility, dual windshield wipers, and a diesel heater for year-round use. The layout is spacious and designed for extended time on the water. A large self-draining cockpit, multiple rod holders throughout, and a raw water wash-down pump system support serious fishing work. The boat is radar mount-ready and has a wide, safe walkaround design.

The engine carries a 2-year unlimited hour warranty. The 300-liter fuel capacity supports extended range. Electrical systems include a marine battery charger with a clean, simple layout ready for an electronics package of your choice. A heavy-duty tandem axle trailer is included with the boat, featuring recently serviced brakes and bearings and newly installed bunks.
