The 2025 Custom Legend is a 55-foot catamaran built in fiberglass with a beam of 29.25 feet. Designed by French yacht architect Franck Darnet, the boat combines modern engineering with refined finishing. The hull and superstructure are painted, while the decks—including the forward and aft cockpits and flybridge—are finished in Burmese teak. A hardtop flybridge provides weather protection, and the flybridge includes a bar module with sink, refrigerator, and ice maker.
The Legend is powered by a single Yanmar diesel engine and equipped with a 18 kVA generator for onboard power. An extensive renewable energy setup includes 3,150 watts of solar panels paired with lithium battery banks. The sailing rig features a carbon mast with carbon Technora sails and electric winches, complemented by two bow capstans and two motorized stern cleats for streamlined handling.
Safety and convenience systems include a Sea AI 320 anti-collision system with night vision cameras. The boat carries entertainment features comprising a projector, 12-speaker JL Audio system, and television. The catamaran arrives fully equipped and ready for use, with every system and component integrated into a cohesive design intended for comfortable extended cruising.
