2026 Simbad 55

The Simbad 55 is a 57-foot composite catamaran powered by twin Yanmar diesel engines and equipped with joystick control for easy maneuvering. Designed by French naval architects, the boat combines modern systems with a focus on reliability and safety, including engine and genset soundproofing, a fire-fighting system, and Sea.AI obstacle recognition technology. Solar panels, lithium batteries, and a generator support extended cruising independence.

The accommodations consist of four cabins and four heads. The master suite features a king-size bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom with Gessi fixtures and automatic toilet. Two guest cabins each offer queen beds with private bathrooms and air conditioning. A separate crew cabin contains twin beds and its own bathroom. The main saloon showcases walnut or oak finishes with a smart-home system controlling lighting, climate, pumps, and essential systems. Dining and entertainment areas include a captain's table, transforming dining table, wine cellar, 50-inch television, and premium audio.

The galley is fully outfitted with Miele appliances, Vitrifrigo refrigeration, watermaker, trash compactor, and sink grinder. Outdoor spaces feature teak decks throughout, a flybridge with dual helm stations and 22-foot chartplotters, sunbeds, and a wet bar module. An aft cockpit includes a projector, premium audio, BBQ, and daybed. A forward lounge provides additional seating. Hull and underwater lighting, a hydraulic tender lift with jet tender, electric swimming ladder, and boarding gangway with dedicated storage complete the boat's equipment.
