The 2025 Island Packet 349 is a 38-foot fiberglass cruising sailboat powered by a 45-horsepower Yanmar diesel engine. This three-cabin, single-head design combines modern systems with traditional craftsmanship, featuring an Ivory gelcoat hull paired with a warm Sapele wood interior and Light Maple sole.

Accommodations include a forward cabin with a Pullman berth and hanging lockers, while the main saloon features a settee forward, captain's chair aft, and a flip-up dining table between them. The galley includes a 4.7 cubic-foot refrigerator and 0.6 cubic-foot freezer, with a manual fresh water hand pump. Three LiFePO4 lithium house batteries totaling 600 amp-hours support the electrical systems alongside a Webasto AT40 diesel heater with four heated air outlets.

The sailing package centers on a Seldén anodized mast and boom with in-mast roller furling main, Quantum cross-cut Dacron sails, and a fusion membrane reacher. Four Harken winches—two 46-speed and two 35-speed models—manage the sail handling. A full Raymarine electronics suite comprises dual MFDs, Quantum radar, three color instruments, autopilot with remote, AIS transceiver, and Icom VHF radio. The yacht carries a 55-pound Mantus anchor with 300 feet of 5/16-inch chain and includes a jet bow thruster with joystick control.
