This 2025 Lagoon 40 is a new three-cabin catamaran built with vacuum-infused fiberglass construction and designed for both private cruising and charter operation. The 40-foot beam spans 22 feet, providing the wide platform the design is known for. Two upgraded 90-horsepower Yanmar diesel engines power the boat, paired with a Cummins Onan 9kVA generator and a 2000-watt inverter for reliable propulsion and onboard power.
The interior layout centers on a single-level saloon that opens directly to the cockpit through a large sliding door, creating a seamless flow between living spaces. The master suite occupies the starboard hull with an ensuite head and shower, while two guest cabins sit to port with a shared head and shower. The saloon includes a fully appointed galley with three-burner stove, refrigerator and freezer, generous counter space, and ample storage. Throughout the boat, panoramic vertical windows flood the cabins with natural light, and headroom reaches 6 feet 6 inches.
The rig features a self-tacking jib and high-aspect mainsail with a shorter boom for manageable handling. All sail controls are positioned within easy reach of the ergonomic helm station. The cockpit provides ample lounging space with a table, and wide transoms facilitate easy boarding. Onboard systems include a Raymarine navigation package with AIS, Webasto reverse-cycle air conditioning, and a 10-foot ABVS tender with 15-horsepower outboard engine. The boat is delivered with a full charter inventory included.
