2025 Ranger Z520

The 2025 Ranger Z520 is a 20.92-foot bay boat built from fiberglass with a beam of 8 feet. Powered by a single gasoline engine, this boat is designed for fishing and tournament performance, with a hull engineered for stability and handling. The Z520 is constructed at Ranger's facility in Flippin, Arkansas.

The Z520 comes equipped with a padded front casting deck and pultruded fiberglass transom. Standard features include push-button solid-state digital switching, keyed ignition, and a Ranger Umbilical dedicated electronics harness with 6-gauge bow-to-stern wiring and 30-amp breaker for simplified installation. The helm includes a MercMonitor with SmartCraft gauges, and push-to-close latches throughout reduce tripping hazards and ease access to storage boxes. An insulated 40-quart step-up cooler is included, and a Minn Kota Fortrex trolling motor comes standard with optional dual bow graph mounting available.

The Z520 offers flexibility in configuration, with choices available for trolling motor type, electronics packages, and color schemes to suit individual preferences and rigging needs.
