2025 Sportsman Open 252 Center Console

The Open 252 is a 25-foot center console built on a fiberglass hull with a single 350-horsepower Mercury gasoline engine. The design combines open fishing functionality with family-friendly features and cruising capability in a trailerable package.

The layout centers around an open cockpit arrangement, with a helm station amidships and unobstructed deck space forward and aft. The boat accommodates multiple anglers and passengers with practical helm ergonomics and working room suited to both casting and entertaining.

Current build includes modern electronics integrated into the helm setup. The fiberglass construction and single-engine configuration keep the boat manageable for trailering while maintaining the performance and sea-handling characteristics expected of a center console in this size range.
