The 2025 SunCatcher Fusion 324RC is a 24-foot aluminum pontoon powered by a single 200 hp Yamaha outboard. Built on a widebody platform measuring 8 feet 6 inches across, it combines stable flotation with three oversized logs featuring closed-cell foam and a full-length performance shield under the deck. The construction uses heavy-duty extrusions spaced 16 inches on center, through-bolted to the deck for durability.
The boat features wrap-around lounge seating with integrated under-seat storage throughout. A high-density foam pedestal table with molded cup holders anchors the main entertainment area, while a custom stern lounge section provides additional seating with dedicated storage. The bow features a Fusion couch paired with built-in cooler access under the starboard corner cushion, and a teak storage door in the port bow arm. Roto-molded furniture incorporates rain drain channels beneath cushions to keep storage compartments dry. A contoured bimini top with aluminum 1.25-inch frame and boot provides sun protection.
This example is finished in black metallic with gray and charcoal interior accents, teak light-gray flooring, and black-coated rails and trim. Equipment includes hydraulic steering, Yamaha binnacle controls, a Garmin ECHOMAP 53CV chartplotter, Clarion audio system with four speakers, navigation and docking lights, and RGB accent lighting throughout. A stainless steel four-step boarding ladder at the stern and ski tow ring complete the setup. The fuel tank holds 46 gallons, and a mooring cover is included.
