The 2025 SunCatcher Fusion 324RC is a 23.92-foot aluminum pontoon powered by a single 200-hp Yamaha outboard. Built on a widebody design measuring 8 feet 6 inches across, the boat combines durable construction with practical day-cruising accommodations. The hull features three jumbo 23-by-25-inch performance logs with closed-cell foam, performance lifting strakes, and a full-length under-deck performance shield for stability and handling.

The layout prioritizes social seating and comfort. The bow features a fusion lounge couch with teak storage access, while the stern includes a custom lounge area with integrated storage. Roto-molded furniture throughout incorporates rain drain channels beneath cushions for dry storage, and a built-in cooler sits under the starboard bow corner cushion. The cockpit includes a high-density foam pedestal table with molded cup holders and easy access to helm controls via tilt and hydraulic steering with Yamaha binnacle setup.
