The 2025 Tidewater 2300 Carolina Bay is a 23-foot fiberglass bay boat powered by a single Yamaha F250 XB engine. The hull features a single step design with a 15-degree deadrise, a wide 8.75-foot beam, and a whisper gray finish. This boat carries up to nine passengers and holds 67 gallons of fuel.

The boat is equipped with a casting deck, dual livewells, and bow box rod storage built around its practical fishing layout. An Instinct 36-volt trolling motor and a 12-inch Simrad electronics display on the console support fishing and navigation. The boat comes with a custom full boat cover.
