The XO EXPLR 44 is a 44-foot aluminum pilothouse built for extended cruising and coastal exploration. Powered by triple Mercury Verado V10 outboards totaling 1,200 horsepower, the boat reaches speeds up to 50 knots and carries 430 gallons of fuel. The deep-V hull combines 8mm stringers at the bottom with 5mm topside plating for durability and seaworthiness in varied conditions.
The interior accommodates up to six overnight guests across multiple sleeping areas. A forward owner's cabin features a double bed and en-suite head with shower. The aft cabin is configurable—offering two singles, a double bed, or an open atrium—with its own head. An additional bunk in the pilothouse provides sleeping space for two more crew or guests.
The open deck plan includes sunbeds forward and aft designed for lounging and observation. The pilothouse is fully equipped with advanced navigation systems. Roof rails support solar panels, kayak racks, or additional adventure gear. Climate control throughout maintains comfort year-round, and a premium audio system with connectivity provides entertainment while underway.
Construction combines aluminum hulls with GRP (fiberglass) components. The boat carries a Category B classification and accommodates 12 to 14 passengers total.
