2026 Absolute 48 Coupe

The Absolute 48 Coupe is a 48-foot fiberglass motor yacht designed around comfortable cruising and refined Italian engineering. Twin Volvo Penta D6 IPS650 diesel engines produce 960 horsepower and deliver a cruising speed of 14 knots with a maximum speed of 29 knots. The IPS pod-drive system provides responsive handling, efficient fuel consumption, and reduced noise and vibration. The yacht carries approximately 422 gallons of fuel and 140 gallons of fresh water.

The interior layout comprises three cabins and two heads across a well-planned deck arrangement. The owner's stateroom spans the full beam amidships with large windows, generous headroom, ample storage, and a private en-suite with separate shower. Forward, the VIP cabin offers a spacious berth with natural light and access to the day head. A third cabin with twin berths accommodates guests flexibly. The salon and galley occupy the central living space with contemporary finishes and high-quality materials. Large panoramic windows and sliding side windows bring natural light throughout and allow cross-ventilation.

On deck, the cockpit functions as an outdoor social space with comfortable seating and direct access to a hydraulic swim platform with a solid teak floor and swim ladder. The bow lounge provides a forward sunbathing area. Wide side decks, high bulwarks, and handrails ensure safe movement. Solid teak covers the cockpit sole, side walkways, and bow deck. The helm station is ergonomically laid out with excellent visibility and intuitive controls, including Volvo Joystick Steering and autopilot integration.

This example is equipped with extensive options: dual 16-inch GPS chartplotters, radar, AIS transceiver, gyroscopic stabilization, a proportional bow thruster, electric sunshade, wine cooler, washer and dryer, additional solar panels, and upgraded entertainment systems. Finishes include dove-grey leather sofas, sand-grey durmast oak flooring, and teak furniture throughout. The specification also includes provisions for a watermaker and an additional black water tank.
