The 2026 Bali CATSMART is a compact catamaran measuring 38.65 feet in length with a 21.19-foot beam. Built from fiberglass and powered by a single Yanmar diesel engine, it combines efficient design with the innovation and comfort Bali is known for. Designed by Olivier Poncin and Xavier Faÿ, the boat maximizes interior and exterior spaces without compromising quality or performance.
The layout emphasizes social areas and flexible living. A rigid foredeck with lounge zones and sunbathing space is uncommon in catamarans of this size. A tilting transom door and sliding side windows connect the salon, galley, and aft cockpit into one continuous interior-exterior space. Cabin configurations range from 2 to 4 bedrooms with 2 to 4 heads, or an expanded owner's version. Additional berths and crew cabins are available in the forward peaks.
Core systems include a central galley with integrated refrigeration and freezer, Raymarine navigation, electric winches, and full safety equipment. Fuel capacity is 400 liters and freshwater capacity is 660 liters. The mainsail measures 47 square meters and the self-tacking jib is 30 square meters. A forward sunpad and flybridge with cushions provide outdoor relaxation, while optional solar panels and a Fusion sound system enhance comfort and efficiency.
