The Cruisers Yachts 38 VTR is a 42-foot sport cruiser built on a deep-vee planing hull of premium fiberglass laminate. Twin Mercury outboards deliver 600 horsepower, pushing the boat to a top speed of 47 knots with a cruising speed of 37 knots. The beam stretches nearly 12 feet, creating generous cockpit and bow spaces. A fold-out swim platform at the transom provides direct water access, and joystick control comes standard on top configurations.

The main deck prioritizes social flexibility. Helm chairs rotate aft to face a convertible dinette seating six, while the bow holds a U-shaped lounge that serves as both sunpad and entertaining area. A wet bar sits amidships with a sink, storage lockers, and dedicated cooler space. Removable teak tables and sunshades add functionality. A massive transom locker—75 by 72 by 24 inches—holds water toys and gear.
