2026 Fountaine Pajot Aura 51 Catamaran

The Fountaine Pajot Aura 51 is a 52-foot fiberglass catamaran powered by twin Yanmar 160 hp diesel engines with three-bladed folding propellers. The beam spans 26.5 feet, providing the spacious platform characteristic of the model. The Full Maestro configuration includes four cabins and four heads, accommodating extended cruising and family use.

The interior is finished with comfort-focused amenities: convertible saloon table, slatted berths across all cabins, handrail in the companionway, and a galley equipped with a microwave oven, 5kg washing machine, 6-place dishwasher, and dual refrigeration (12V cooler and cockpit fridge). Climate control is provided by 35K BTU air conditioning. Fresh water pressure, hot deck shower, and electric toilet on fresh water round out the conveniences. Two Swedish chairs and exterior cushions for the cockpit and lounge deck complete the seating areas.

The sailing plan includes full-batten main with automatic gooseneck, lazy jack and lazy bag, electric halyard winch, and Profurl genoa furler with jib sheet winch. A genoa boom and spinnaker hardware are fitted. The rig is supported by a precabled VHF antenna at the mast head and electric windlass with 1700W output.

Navigation and electronics feature Garmin 3 Smart Cruising system with autopilot, VHF, AIS, dual GPS units, and radar with support and cabling. Entertainment includes a Fusion Bluetooth audio system and Bose speakers with integrated TV antenna and hi-fi package. Power comes from an 11kW generator, two additional 150A AGM batteries, and a 2000W integrated solar array. A low-consumption 12V desalinator produces 105 liters per hour. Deck features include cockpit extensions, teak table extension, integrated gas grill, fender boards, and 200kg capacity tender platform.
